Who We Are
Founded in 2007, RMS started out with one over-riding objective, to develop, design, and deliver training solutions that would positively impact companies bottom line, by changing the way individuals work for the longer term – delivering performance excellence for results.
Training can have a huge impact on employees motivation and skills enhancement but it is how they apply what they have learnt that makes the difference to the value of the training they receive. RMS works hard to ensure that all delegates identify their learning needs in advance of any training, we work with them in each session, giving them, wherever possible, individual attention. At the end of every session delegates receive assistance in developing a personalised action plan for applying key learning back in their own work environment. RMS offers each delegate a FREE 3 month telephone and e-mail support function following any of our training sessions, giving them the maximum opportunity to develop further.
RMS specialises in Recruitment Training, Management Training and Sales Training, we work closely with our clients to ensure we understand their business and training requirements through a thorough consultation process.

Our Bespoke Training service, gives clients the opportunity to work with RMS in designing courses and programmes written and delivered specifically for them. All of the RMS content and delivery of training is performance related and therefore measurable back in the workplace.
