Train the Trainer

Course Overview:
An introductory course to training, designed specifically to give new trainers and managers the skills to nurture and develop their staff in-house and ideal for those training externally as training providers. Interactive, practical and high energy with a core focus on promoting learning centered techniques. Delegates will cover training evaluation, course design and delivery and other key learning delivery methods to improve business performance.

Advanced People Management

Duration: 2 days
Cost: £579 + VAT and additional charges for off site delivery and accommodation if required.

Course Overview:
Key focus is given to maximise the performance from others using strong leadership skills, incorporating communications, motivation and teamwork strategies. Delegates will explore management versus leadership and will gain an understanding of strategic thinking and planning techniques. They will have the skills to lead positive change more effectively and will learn the skills to retain and develop their key people. A highly interactive and motivational learning experience.

Team Dynamics

Duration: Dependant on size of team (approx. 2 days)

Course Overview:
A highly specialised course looking at the specific set up of your company’s team/s and how and why they function as they do.  Delegates investigate both the emotional and physical factors that impact a team’s performance exploring issues that arise from team dynamics, personalities, competition and conflict.

Team Dynamics with RMS is very different to many others of this type as it not only draws on behavioural profiling techniques, but draws on sporting team based case studies as examples of how teams can be analysed and understood to drive performance.  (Course co-writer Louise Deering brings 20 years experience within the Pro Tour Cycling environment into the business forum with the use of case studies from developing Pro Tour teams such as McCartney, Discovery and more recently Radio Shack.)

The overall aim of this programme is to gain an in-depth understanding of a team and the roles individuals play within it, and how best to identify business or training needs required to drive the team to peak performance.
